Thankfully the guest rooms have grated tub drains so they can't come up, and the sink drain can stay closed. We were there for an event and found several red sewer roaches in the event rooms. Food service is scarce (small menu, & nothing from 10 am to 4 pm) and overpriced. AC was spotty through the whole hotel but room was ok (but loud). 1 small slower elevator, ice machine was broken. The safe and makeup mirror didn't work, some of the outlets didn't hold plugs, the balcony door was rough to open. The parking lot is full of old furniture covered in sheets. They are remodeling, but only the 4th floor now. Thank you, Gio and the rest of the Sheraton staff for a fantastic stay so far! I'm sure there's only more good things to come. The door upon entering the room had a sealed sticker that said the room was "cleaned and sealed just for you" Be Well, Stay Well, which I thought was rather cool bcuz in these times, people need positive reinforcements.Ī little while after checking in, i had gone downstairs to ask where the ice machines were, and she told me, and at the time she asked me how everything in my room was, wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and asked if I knew how long I would be staying and at the time I was just staying the one night, well.as of this review, I'm going on my second day here!!! Also, bcuz i wasn't in her system, she honored the price, which i thought was nice of her as well because most hotels would've just said, " i can't find you in our computer, so you'll have to make the reservation with us" I know, bcuz it's happened to me before.Īlso, they are up to speed on COVID 19 cleanliness! My room was immaculate. She was very helpful in a way that she was understanding of the situation bcuz it can be frustrating when you know you've booked a hotel and it doesn't show up when you get there. When I get to the hotel to check in, Gio, is her name, and HOSPITALITY is her game, she couldn't find my reservation under my last name! Now I know I secured my room with a credit card and I received a confirmation #, so i gave her the confirmation # instead and she found it right away. I originally did my booking through, and received a confirmation # for my reservation as you would expect, explaining the details of my booking.
